  Amazing team work!! Sandia, Samantha & Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our home. Sandia made me feel very comfortable, she cares about her client to get very well familiarized and learn about the product she represents. She was patient responding all of my questions about Ashton woods (since we didn’t know anything about this company) Awesome people skills, very pleased with her service. Also, after the closing Isaac has been very helpful to us. Awesome team players!! Great community when it goes to floor plans and great houses, great builder! But, unfortunately the only UPSIDE DOWN to us was to find out gas prices in Waller are outrageous! We came from an extremely close to Pearland area home (by belt 8) from a way bigger home, (2 story home 5 bedrooms) same amount of ppl, same daily life style and never did we paid so much of gas. Here in Waller unfortunately you have to get the gas, water service from Waller city, at least at this community. We got a $143.00 bill just of gas for 14 days! 😔 The most I had paid in years $70 ish for a whole month. Now we are so frightened of how much our bill is going to be for a month. Obviously this has nothing to do with Sandia & the team outstanding customer service but definitely it will affect in someways our bills budget. I wish I could go back to Centerpoint gas company. So definitely if you are a family who cares about budgeting your bills. BEFORE YOU BUY DO YOUR HOMEWORK and find out about services cost.
