  I just closed on my home with Ashton Woods on June 17, I was a bit nervous as this was a first home buying experience. SANDIA made everything easy and was transparent throughout the whole process . She made the home buying experience simple and flawless and was the final nail in the coffin on us deciding where to buy our home . Her professionalism and kindness go very far in making you feel comfortable throughout the whole buying experience.

  We are thrilled with our new Ashton Woods home in Oakwood Estates!! Sales Manager Sandia Murti met my parents a year ago and they became friends. When we were ready to buy a property, Sandia took us from day one to closing. We chose the Cypress floor plan. The house is beautiful and it fits us perfectly! Sandia led our journey to home ownership with a level of professionalism, knowledge and consideration that’s unsurpassable. After my stepdad passed in the middle of purchasing our property, my elderly mother and I had to start the home-buying process over from scratch. Sandia restored the hope and faith we needed to complete our successful move into Oakwood Estates. Tears, hugs and prayers were shared along the way. Carlos Ramirez and the staff at Velocio Mortgage carried us through the mortgage loan process. Our financial situation was complicated and there were delays. The team worked patiently and diligently to get us approved. We were able to close on May 21. Isaac Diaz ensured the property met the high standards that Ashton Woods requires of its builders. He made sure everything passed inspection and he completed our walk-throughs. Isaac is very detail oriented and doesn’t miss anything. He is meticulous in his job. Mom and I sincerely appreciate Ashton Woods and its competent staff. We’re excited and look forward to a new chapter in our lives here at Oakwood Estates!!
