  I had a very good experience with Tuff Shed. Marshall was very knowledgeable in explaining the process to me. Once the size of the Tuff Shed was determined he went over the options available according to what I would need. He also explained the finance portion. The overall process was easy to understand. The two men that came to assemble the Tuff Shed were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Tuff Shed to my friends.

  My experience with Tuff Shed has been very positive. After researching brands and options online, we stopped by the Waco Tuff Shed one morning and had a conversation with Marshall. He showed us various sheds both on the lot and in photos, listened to our ideas and wants, and walked us through using the software to virtually experiment with options and build a custom shed. The software was easy to work with, and a couple weeks later, having decided on size and appearance, I submitted my drawings and then went back to visit with Marshall and finalize them. He was great about explaining some of the options. I appreciated that there was no sense of upsell, no push to add extras or size I didn’t need. Marshall was obviously proud of the quality and customizations of his product and respected my choices. The construction process was smooth, quick and clean. Two very competent young men arrived when promised and had the shed completed in five hours. They were meticulous about leveling and also left the construction site as clean as it had been before. The little green shed looked like it could have grown there. The light fixtures I had chosen were temporarily out of stock, but Marshall stepped in to be sure a pair were earmarked for my shed and delivered/installed as soon as possible. I definitely would use Tuff Shed again.

  From start to finish we had a great experience! Marshall was friendly and helpful! He paid attention to what we wanted and didn't try to hard sell anything else. The guys that tore down our old shed and put up the new one were friendly and efficient. It was great that Tuff Shed took care of everything including any permits needed, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend Tuff Shed!

  We are incredibly pleased with our new shed, which we recently acquired from Tuff Shed Waco. From our initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and we were very impressed with the professionalism and care shown throughout the process. We are now eagerly anticipating utilizing this new space for its intended purpose and appreciate the quality of the shed and the excellent service provided by the Tuff Shed Waco team.

  Marshal was a great salesman and knows how to take care of his customers. I placed an order for a 16x12 Premium Tall Pro Ranch and he answered all the questions about the install very respectfully. The contractors came out and had the shed put up within about 5 hrs. I love this shed. It’s very well built and should last forever. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Marshal and Tuff Shed.
