Leonard’s experience in water filtration sales and seeing the positive difference water quality made for his clients became a passion which made starting American Water in 1987 the perfect fit. Since then, American Water has been supplying Central and South Texas area home and business owners with quality water solutions for well and city water. My initiall call with the main office went very well, and the customer service rep was very professional and had me taken care of within minutes. The appointment was scheduled, and I received multiple texts with reminders and updates showing when the technicians would arrive. When the technician arrived, he introduced himself and his assistant. I explained the issues I was having with the unit, and they began troubleshooting immediately. Mr. Ochoa took the time to explain each issue he found and what was needed to correct that issue. Thankfully, nothing major was wrong with the unit, so the technicians were able to make the necessary repairs quickly. All in all, my experience with American Water customer service and repair technicians was very positive, and I will definitely use them again for any future issues.
