- ALAlvin LagosJul 10, 20232.0Do your research with this builder. We have so many issues with the little things that should have been done. Spent a lot of money for poor quality. Don't even want to imagine what issues we will have later on.
- BLBetsy LagosDec 10, 20223.0We've never dealt with a builder like this. For the amount of money that they ask for upfront you would think they would treat you like royalty. We have been in our home since May and we literally have things falling apart. I regret not being more firm about the issues we saw during the walk through but guess what their response was, not everything is going to be perfect! I was shocked and almost lost my cool. Long story short, we are left with a brand new home with kitchen drawers cracking, not pulling out correctly, door knobs falling off, cracks in the walls in our bathroom. Ceiling fans that have dust all over them even though we requested to have them cleaned. The list goes on and on.
