  Just a great experience from initial design and order to installation. Madison is very knowledgeable about all facets of the business. She also is very professional and worked with all of our scheduling needs. The install was seamless. Highly recommend!!! ..

  Taking my “Secret Shed” from a dream, to reality…. Sounds silly? Not to me, or my “Besties”, OR my Grands or Great kiddos! I was asking a lot from a 10 x 14 space with requirements to be installed onsite due to access - fencing. I have very tall sons and Grands all over 6’ 3”so the Premier Pro Tall Ranch fit the needs. A multi-functional “She Shed”, Art/craft studio, green house, playroom, meditative and prayer room (and storage) was jumbling up in my mind. Madison assisted me with several iterations of design (patience overload), and guided me through the process and steps to make it a reality. (I already had approval on the engineering design with my HOA before ordering.) No more than 3 minutes after leaving Madison’s office, Gene had me on the phone initiating the building permit with the City of Longview. That was late on a Wednesday afternoon. The permit was approved by Friday noon. “811” verified easement and utility lines to prevent damage on Monday. Within a week we had an install date for the next week. Edwin and team arrived promptly at the time communicated (9 AM) and made magic happen for the next 8 hours. This dream was a joy to experience as it came into reality. Everyone from the Tuff Shed Team was courteous, professional, and so very helpful and calming while managing to my eagerness and excitement. We’re already making it an extension of our home as it’s morphing into its multiple uses. Thank you Madison and Tuff Shed Team for helping me realize this exciting dream!

  While I didn’t end up buying from Maddison and Tuff Shed Tyler due to my HOA restrictions Maddison did a wonderful job with quoting, her knowledge, replying quickly and communications while being kind and understanding during the process. I highly recommend her and Tuff Shed Tyler. Thank You Bill
