  Total ripoff. Predatory pricing. "Had to order parts". Basically like the old movie $ pit. just keep spending & see if that fixes it. Wanted to replace the water heater with a jacked up price. From people I talked to "that company rips people off". I agree, nothing good to say about them to anyone I ever meet. I'll be sure and post everywhere I can. PLs save yourself time and money. Go elsewhere.

  Had a main house shut off valve that wasn't working and a faucet on the back of the house that was leaking. Contacted c.woods on Tuesday afternoon and Steven was here Wednesday morning to fix problem. Steven was great, he evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate which I agreed to and he went to work. Did a really professional job on both items.

  I'm posting this rant for consumer awareness.if I could give a 0 that would be more applicable. After 2 1/2 years my tankless water heater started leaking. I called C. Woods out to service the unit since they were the original installer. Once they arrived they informed me to diagnose the issue would be $395, I thought this seemed high but required about 1 1/2 hrs to diagnose and phone consult with the manufacturer, so I approved the diagnoses. They informed me that due to the leak Rinnai would replace the unit at no charge but I would be responsible for the labor. He worked up the estimate and informed me that that it would cost $2300 to replace the unit. Mind you this included unscrewing the hot water line, the cold line and the gas line, unscrewing the unit from the wall, then install the new. No extra plumbing needed to be done, just those few steps. I denied their service and told them that was too high a charge for that little amount of labor. The next day I called another certified Pro Rinnai installer they came out and charged $485, and he had it all completed in 30 minutes. I'm all for companies making a profit, but there is a huge difference in being honest and reasonable in your charges, verses gouging and taking advantage of your customer. I won't be calling C. Woods out ever again.

  Honestly, I had called someone else and I was unhappy with the three options they gave me so I remembered I had called C Woods previously. So I called C. Woods and to see if someone would be available before I knew it Mr. Bernard was able to go inspect issues at my house and I can only appreciate his honesty, and he was quickly able to resolve my issue.

  Steven and Ian were great! They corrected the problems in both bathrooms done by a previous unlicensed contractor's work. They quickly diagnosed that my tub and shower in both bathrooms were missing the necessary rubber gaskets under the tub and pan that would prevent water leakage, and saved me from future headaches down the road. They had to remove the shower pan in the one bath just to be able to put the rubber gasket under the pan where it meets the drain, and worked very hard just to get that shower pan out. They also fixed a problem with the overflow pipe not tightening down to the drain. What a team! These guys truly saved the day, my house and have given me peace of mind. Thank you, Steven and Ian!
