  PSL, added lighting in my new barn. They did an excellent job. Professional done, very satisfied. I would highly recommend them. This is the 3rd project they have handled on my property. Previous jobs include installing of (2) home stand alone generators. Hire them and you will be satisfied for sure!

  We had a whole-home generator installed Ryan was awesome and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, handled the permits and install process smoothly, and left the job site clean when they were done. The install looks great, the system runs perfectly, and the peace of mind knowing we’ll have power during outages is priceless.   Be VeryCareful with doing business with this company especially if they send Alex as their rep. He’s actually with Champion Power Equipment but PSL Technology sends him out. He says he’s been doing over 8 years but sounds very new.On August 22, 2025, I spoke to several Generator companies but selected PSL Technology. After researching some areas about the company, I decided not to use them. However, there salesperson sent a link for positive reviews and found positive reviews also. He initially stated I would receive 7 year warranty on the generator and 3 years maintenance on the generator. Therefore, I went forward with the sell and was told I would receive a quote to agree to. The install was scheduled for August 30 and electrician came to perform his side of the work . Then the plumber came for their part so I asked about the upgraded gas meter . He told Zi did not need it but the upgrade meter was part of the quote $450.00. The quote included a charge for an upgrade gas meter but will not be installed. I started wondering what else on the quote that would not be completed. On September 1 , I emailed the salesperson to request a line item invoice and was told he could not do that. The install and the conversations with the salesperson was off and I really got uncomfortable. I told him not to complete the install and receive a smart reply...Wasn't it completed 09/01? I told him the trenches could be covered until the City ok it. I do nothing they pulled any permits and I do not have licensed and bond installer. I think the generator isn't new but a showroom or an old generator needing to clear their warehouse....that's if they have a warehouse. I feel I have been deceived about cost and the installation.Now I am worried about everything. I will pay for the electric and plumbing but would like to give the generator back to PSL Technology. Alex will not attempt resolve the issue. His comments are smart and condescending. PSL Technology thought because I am a Senior Citizen that would allow them use their deceptive tactics on me. I told him I would pay the electrician a plumber for the work done.However, I want them to pick this older model generator. The generator was manufactured in 2023 and they’re selling to customers as if it is new. I want a current model generator with an honest salesperson. I do not understand why PSL will not provide a line item invoice.
