He found the issue after going through what was the likely problem, deduced it wasn't and traced a low voltage short on the heater/furnace that was causing the air conditioning to not run because it wasn't talking to the thermostat. Doug did that in a few hours, it was absolutely impressive. He also advised me on options and a mode of thinking for future repairs, replacement, and financing. All in a HVAC service technician? Seriously, this guy is gold, I feel very fortunate to have had him service my HVAC.
