  I used them to replace a toliet and a water heater. Mike did an amazing job with both! Took his time to explain all the options and pricing was great for the quality of work. They genuinely care about their clients I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

  An absolute positive experience with Mike's plumbing. I needed to sort out a problematic toilet that has never received the proper fix by other handyman & plumbers over the years. I took a chance with Mike's plumbing after reading the positive reviews online. Mike and his crew were professional and pleasant to work with. They described the problem with good transparency so that I know the complexities involved. They shared that they cannot provide a precise estimate without pulling the existing flange and chipping off part of the tiles to study the problem. After agreeing to the cost range, they proceeded with the work. Fortunately the scope of the work was more straightforward than expected and the work was completed expeditiously and with excellent workmanship. Throughout the process, Mike and crew made every effort to be gentle with the fixtures and cleaned up well when the work was completed. The final cost turned out to be the lower end of his estimate (very reasonable & fair). All in all, I'd describe them as Competent, Professional, Transparent, and Honest. They will be my go-to plumber in the future.

  We had a water pressure issue with the shower faucet. A different plumber came in, broke the cartridge and was claiming we needed to tier down a wall to get a full valve replacement. Mike came in, looked at the issue in a very professional way. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead, he replaced the cartridge and the shower now works perfect. Fast. Reliable. Clean. Transparent. Professional. We will continue to use Mike from now on.
