Must be a ploy so we only use plumbers and make it impossible for the homeowners to change the parts themselves. Big waste of time trying to support local business. Decide to tell you, after I left the store, called American Standard directly. Told me which Fluidmaster part worked in place of the discontinued part. Check online, stocked at the local Ace Hardware in Belton. Greeted at door, got the part, proper rubber washers in less than 30 minutes. Installed in my toilet myself 30 minutes, no further leaks.
