James Fry did an excellent job with my water filtration system! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain how everything works and helped me feel confident that I was getting the best solution for my home. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and he left everything clean and in perfect condition. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend James Fry to anyone needing water filtration services. Five stars!

We were given explanation of what needed to be repaired, along with three different cost options by James. Ryan came out the next morning and worked hard to replace two faucets and install a Flow Tech system. Ryan was very courteous and took the time to sit with us and answer questions we had and explain work we might need done in the future. Thanks for your help Ryan!!!

About 2 weeks after the service date, I was contacted by James the Service Manager and discussed the breakdown charges compared to what actually was completed on the day of service by their employees who completed the work. He agreed I had been incorrectly charged for the service and credited me the over charge to reflect the ACTUAL work done and in line with what the average cost was compared to other companies. On 3/17 shower facet would not shut off completely in morning prior to work. Thru Yelp looked for Plumbing Service and BFP responded. Charged me 565.00 to replace the valve cartrige on the Moen Facet. Price of cartridge is about 75.00. Job took less than 45 minutes. Plumber was not able to explain the breakdown of charges. I was planning about 300.00 based on my research of cost estimate. The following day I spoke with Tara at BFP, requesting a call back from customer service to explain detail breakdown of charges. Was promised a call back by her or from owner as customer service manager was on vacation. The company never returned my call that week. Called again on 3/23 again requesting a call back. This company has hidden charges and is overpriced. Do not recommend using them unless you r really desperate and have money to burn. I have had facet leaks repaired before when I lived in San Antonio by certified Plumbing Company so was familiar with the process.
