- WMWayne McLenAug 3, 20215.0Bobbie Williams was our sales rep in Taylor. She did an awesome job helping us get the shed ordered exactly as we wanted it. We even made a couple of changes along the way and it was handled perfectly. Andrew was our delivery person, by himself he got the shed through the gate, into the backyard, and into position perfectly the first time. It looks so good! Cody came out a few days later and touched up the paint in a couple of places, and straightened a small bend in the drip rail. The lifetime warranty was a huge selling point for us. That is rare these days. Zach and Vickie coordinated the delivery, it was delayed multiple times due to all the rain we had. They worked with us on that, no problem at all. They wanted the delivery to go perfectly, with no issues to the shed or our yard. We would like to give each person we dealt with 25 stars for their outstanding customer service. 5 stars is just not enough. Last but not least, Mr. Robert Pietsch at the Bastrop facility for giving us all the information about how the sheds are constructed, and the awesome warranty details.
