    5 years ago, Angel the owner installed a hot water heater in my attic on a 2nd floor and I was extremely happy with the results. A few weeks ago I had a water pipe break in my yard. They were called in the morning and Melissa said they would be there before 5:00. They didn’t show up until 6:15. Then while digging they broke my internet cable. The box where the cable was on my house was approximately 2-3 feet where they were digging. I was disappointed that an experienced plumber would do that and didn’t notice it! I talked to Angel and told I was a disappointed. He wasn’t even there and sent an another plumber. Obviously not as experienced. I received a bill for $400 and asked for some compensation for the inconveniences. He said he would send a new invoice with a discount the next day. 2 weeks later I received a discount of $20!!! I was thinking at least $50. But now I know that I will not be using ROD again!

    I reached out to ROD Plumbing for an estimate and the tech Juan did an amazing job explaining what might be the issue and how to proceed once the job was assessed. Once the estimate was approved the work was completed quickly. Thank you Juan and the Rod Plumbing team!

    Great quick service, on Friday. Erik was fast and friendly with a clogged toilet and quick to diagnose root of the issue. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely will be calling for return services. Thanks y'all!
