  Probably the worst rental policies and service ive received in my 15 years of construction business. I rented a skid steer with a jack hammer and a bucket for exactly $599 . I arrived to jobsite and as soon as the tractor was unloaded tires started to leak air in a fast pace. I didnt even get to use the equipment. I called the service Rent all and they weren't any help at all . Actually i was blamed for supposedly turning 360 on the skid steer, mind you i just had unloaded the machine . I didnt received the credit or refund of the rental NOT even a call back from management. DO NOT rent from this place if you are a contractor or like myself will lose money and the Job .. i will definitely advice all my contractor contacts to just research a legitimate rental company instead of a whole in the wall place like this..

  Rented a mini-excavator for the weekend. I agreed to their high weekend fee of almost 600.00 because I was in a rush to get some digging done, plus the high delivery fee. The throttle on the machine did not work ( we notified after two hours of trying to get some work done) so we could not continue using it. They picked up the machine Monday and refunded me one third of my money only. I would not recommend people that take advantage of others to make money.
