  We decided to get a entire ac/heat install (inside and out), new duct work, and insulation. I called my regular a/c company who we've used for over 15 years for the a bid along with Jackson Air & Heat. I was amazed how bad my regular company was compared to Jackson Air & Heat. Jackson answered all my questions, recommended a unit (I research the components), and gave me a very fair bid. I never received a follow up call from my regular a/c company. So, we accepted Jackson's bid. I'm glad we did. The install crew came out at the exact time and went to work. The two day process went great. The unit installed one day and the new duct work the next. All went well. I checked their work each time they left and could not find one single issue. I have enough experience to know what to watch out for. They also cleaned up after they left. The guys were extremely nice and polite. For those who are not sure, get a Trane and get it from a Trane dealer like Jackson. Our previous a/c was a Trane and the only issue we had in 16 years was a bad capacitor. The main reason why we wanted a newer one was for more effeciency. This new Trane is really quiet. After just two days of operation, I can tell we made a good decision getting another Trane and going with Jackson Air & Heat.
