Morgan took time to explain the updated standards regarding faucets, then installed a new one in less than 15 minutes. Problem solved!

My wife owns a salon in Sugar Land and called S&B Plumbing to take a look at her water heater. They came out, assessed the unit, and presented an estimate for almost eight thousand dollars to replace it. No clear explanation and no attempt at a simple repair, just a very high replacement quote. Because that didn’t sit right, I called a contractor I trust for a second opinion. He came out, looked at the same water heater, and had it up and running in under five minutes. No replacement. No thousands of dollars. Just an honest fix. It’s frustrating knowing how easily someone who isn’t familiar with plumbing could have been taken advantage of, especially a woman running a small salon who just needs hot water to keep her business going. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend S&B Plumbing. Always get a second opinion, especially when the estimate is this high.
