He was on time and thorough and it is obvious he is a master of his trade. After completing the inspection on a hot humid day, Eric took the time to discuss his findings with my agent and me, as well as answer my questions -- all this on a weekend. The very next day, we received an inspection report that included photos with arrows pointing to various areas of concern, along with illustrations of the proper configuration. It is the most detailed and easy-to-follow home inspection report I've ever received. Eric is the consummate professional! I highly recommend Boxer Inspection.
