  I had Larry and and his crew totally replace our 2 each air conditioning and furnace units about six months ago and provided a great review at the time for their professionalism, pricing and workmanship. Since it was about time to change the media filters installed, I went into my attic and opened what I thought was the area where the filters should be and became alarmed when I didnt see the filters. Thinking we had been running our HVAC for 6 months without filters, I immediately Called Larry and he sent his guys out the next day with new filters. Embarrassingly I had looked in the wrong areas and the workers explained the filters were indeed in place and went ahead replaced them with new ones. Larry graciously did this at no charge. I cannot overstate their integrity and emphasis they place on customer satisfaction. I will be a customer for life.

  What an amazing company to work with! They showed up the same day I called to help me with my problem, and they also moved things around to get my repair done faster. I have used them both for my place of business and my home. Highly recommend!

  I've used Total Comfort A/C Systems for air conditioning replacements in two houses and they are fantastic from both the sales side and the technical side. In total, they've installed three Trane air conditioners for me. One was a high-end variable speed unit (XV18) that made our house extremely comfortable (instead of getting blasted with cold air for awhile and then having no air for awhile and getting hot, it keeps light gentle breeze of cold air blowing all the time). I've also had two XR16 units put in. The XR16s worked great and are extremely quiet outside. What stands out to me about Total Comfort A/C Systems is how professional they are all-around. The sales team is very helpful and responsive. They show up on time every time and are quick to give you quotes. The technical team/installers are also very professional. They took great care of my house, laying down protective tarps everywhere and always make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. Just to point out the difference between Total Comfort and the competition: my neighbor used another company to install a unit. The unit ended up having a bad bearing and being extremely loud but they left it anyway and apparently hoped he wouldn't notice. He had to call to get them to come back and fix it. When I had my unit installed, one of the XR16s also had a bad bearing. Total Comfort A/C Systems never left my house: the main crew kept working while they sent someone to a distribution center to get a replacement condenser. When they left my house, it was perfect. I might not even have noticed the bad bearing, but they don't care: they take pride in their work and make it right. Good company!
