I reached out to Redstar for a second opinion. Jose arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was over the top informative and truthful about what needed to be fixed. He had our part ordered and installed in the same day! Very thankful for his hard work and we will definitely be returning customers because of it! Thanks Jose!!

He also made helpful suggestions on how to extend the life of our HVAC system, which I really appreciated. For reference, he replaced the capacitor, and everything has been working great since! The AC is running cold, as it should! I highly recommend Red Star Cooling if you got any issues with your HVAC systems!
