  Don't go anywhere else besides ferguson. I was so impressed that all my future orders will continue through this company. We had a warranty that was honored through this company. It was fast and easy. My contractor uses this company for everything. And now I know why. They stand by their products. Great customer service

  They have been out here 4 times to work on this fridge installation. Instead of leveling it they just shimmed out the from panel that the carpenters had previously installed properly with wood blocks. Every time anyone comes out here they refuse to actually level the fridge.

  5-star service by Travis. Went in looking for a 3/8-in RO system saddle…this after Home Depot did not have the part in stock and referred me to Ferguson. Travis went above and beyond trying to locate the part as Ferguson too did not have it in stock at this location. He found it at the Brookshire store and arranged to have it shipped home. Top-notch service by Travis; also enjoyed discussing world travels and other matters with him! Well-done!

  From start to finish, this was a completely terrible experience. Placing a simple phone order was an absolute hassle, the representative was painfully slow, unhelpful, and had a moody, dismissive attitude. After finally getting my order in, she ignored my follow-up email and later brushed it off by claiming it “went to junk.” In the meantime, I called twice to get answers, but both times I was told she was “busy” and she never bothered to return my calls. Pickup was just as bad. Despite multiple employees standing around, only two people were actually helping customers, so the process dragged on unnecessarily. To make matters worse, my order was handed to me in an open, damaged-looking box. When I questioned this, the checkout rep casually claimed that it was “normal” and that maybe someone else’s order had been in the same box. When I asked if I could return the item if it turned out to be damaged, he arrogantly insisted (twice) that it wasn’t damaged—without ever looking at it himself. Then, as if to dismiss my concerns altogether, he simply said, “Well, it has a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.” The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is astounding. From poor communication to dismissive attitudes to sloppy handling of products, Ferguson Plumbing Supply has shown me they do not value their customers’ time, money, or trust. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing supplies if you want a business that actually stands behind their service.
