They cost us 12k by telling us the house we were buying, AC was "good to go". So we didn't negotiate that. Jared the "operating partner" takes ZERO responsibility for his crew and made it very clear he was not going out of his way to help. If you want to be stuck without AC even after spending 12k on a system, these are your guys. And apparently if you leave a bad review Jared will harass you. He initiated a text thread harassing me about my review in which he still didn't apologize. He also hides behind the values of his religion instead of taking responsibility for his behavior.
