  I had an amazing experience with Ashley at Amazing Morrow Tech! From start to finish, her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out.   If I could give 10 stars I would. Morrow sent messages letting me know the techs were on the way; on their arrival they were neat, clean and very polite. They took great care of my floor and furniture. For 8 hours they worked in the attic with 4 dogs barking the entire time. They never complained. I did not realize how comfortable my home could be. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were polite, fair, kind and honest. These are hard qualities in 2026.

  We have been with Morrow Mechanical for the past ten years. During our spring maintenance tune-up, Devin found that half of our refrigerant had leaked out. For the next 90 minutes Devin checked the entire system but was not able to find the leak. In reviewing our past maintenance history, the history of known problems with the Lennox unit we had, and combined with 35 years of experience, they had a fairly good suspicion the leak was somewhere in the evaporator coil. David saw we had two weeks remaining until our warranty ran out, so they decided to replace the evaporator coil without any out-of-pocket cost. We only paid for the annual maintenance plan renewal plus the filter replacement. Outstanding customer service! Thanks!

  Thank you Amazing Morrow!! Brandon was even better than your commercials! He was not only personable and professional, but he very understanding and considerate of a sleeping toddler which was yes, "Amazing"!! He went above and beyond in addressing our HVAC needs and sharing his finding to helping us to process our path forward. No pressure selling at all, which we found to be refreshing. Talk soon.

  I had a concern with my AC that stopped working and dreaded calling. However, a technician by the name of Brandon Theriot came out to check my unit and this young man was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and very courteous. He explained everything from the time he arrived till the time he left! He made his recommendations and didn't try to pressure me to buy something that I didn't need. He fixed the issue and was on his way. I will highly recommend this service to anyone!
