We visited the model home with my mom, who’s looking to buy in the area, and were met with an unexpectedly rude attitude. A woman stopped us and said, “The office is in here.” When we explained we were just looking, she replied, “For furniture?” It was unnecessary and dismissive, leaving a poor impression of the home builder.
