  They did a great job.I had already had an electrician tell me nothing was wrong and that it was my pool pump. Bought and installed a new pump just to find out it still wasn’t getting power. I called tlc electric they came out same day, found, and fixed the problem.

  TLC Electrical and Stephen were amazing! They will be handling all of my electrical needs going forward! Professional, Courtesy and Customer Service minded! On the 2nd Day Kody even came out to assist! Not often you see leadership get their hands dirty and take care of the customer! You can’t go wrong choosing TLC!

  We lost power to our pool pump, called TLC and Stephen came out on a Saturday within three hours of scheduling the appointment. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Stephen explained what caused the issue and what he would do to repair it. Very professional and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

  I was very disappointed in my experience with TLC. I had an electrical issue in the house that boarded on dangerous. My panel was outdated and needed to be replaced. It was audibly sizzling and throwing sparks. I had TLC come out as a second opinion. I was Charged $60 to come out which I agreed to. My tech did nothing then tried to charge me $350 as a diagnostic fee. Now I got quotes from 4 other companies all of whom did not charge a come out fee or a diagnostic fee. This experience was disheartening to say the least.

  Joe Veloz took excellent care of us during this recent ice storm. Communication was on point! Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature. With the ice on the ground and frigid temperatures, we were beyond thankful for Joe. When you find someone this great, you never go anywhere else. Joe & TLC Electrical have earned that loyalty from us.
