- YYYeseniaMay 13, 20241.0Had them come in because my ac was not working properly. Someone named Zach came cleaned the unit and inspected. Said everything was fine. 2 days later it stopped working turns out I had to get a new ac unit. These workers do not know what they are talking about or even doing!!! Worst company and service ever!!!
- GMGerald MesserMay 20, 20231.0Sucked Came out said I have a leak , put refrigerant in charged me ridiculous amount of money and left. I have a 1.5 year old granddaughter living with me! Called them the same evening when I got home and found I have no AC after $450 for 3 lbs of refrigerant. Told the person on the phone she said she would pass it on to the OnCall tech. This was two + weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. The were once good, not anymore.
- WMWilliam MurrayMar 19, 20191.0Pass right by in laws purchased a heating and air conditioning unit with in a week had to change out fan charged them for labor that was around 4years ago supposed to be 10 yr warranty they have been back at least 5 or 6 times to supposedly or should I say try and repair this piece of junk went out again to Day now mind you they are being charged several hundred dollars each time they come out to fix the problem when mother in law called today all the women would say is they don’t sell them anymore and won’t back they’re products shame how they can treat elderly people so if you don’t want to become their next victim I would suggest you drive right past them
