- KLkenneth LaststevesDec 10, 20251.0I bought a Generac from them. Initially I was going to lease it and they would do the maintenance. I decided to buy it outright instead. Today I called because they competed service in January but never sent me an invoice for the service I didn’t sign up for until December. I called and was told they still had me on the leased maintenance list. I asked to be removed today. I was told to pay for the service that was not signed up for. I guess it’s good to get the oil changed regularly but was upset they removed my new wix filters. I am truly disappointed. $325 to change oil when I didn’t ask for it is ridiculous.
