- SHSherri Helm2 days ago5.0Ted and Derek came today and serviced my A/C unit. They showed up on time and did a great job. I had a separate incident last week when a tree limb crashed onto the power line that feeds the house. The pole, weather head, meter and wires from the transformer all came off of the house. Danny came that night to see what needed to be done. The guys came first thing the next morning and replaced everything including a stronger anchor for the pole and all new wires. They called the city inspector, who came a few hours later. Inspection passed and Oncor had my new power line to the main pole connected later that afternoon. These guys do excellent electrical work and servicing A/C units. I trust them and will continue to use them for any future problems. Thanks so much for all you've done

I had never been a customer before, but from the initial phone call to the point of completed work and billing, I received VIP treatment. The phone associate (Ava?) was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. The technician, Derek, called as promised prior to arrival, and arrived within the promised window of time. Derek showed me the problem with my water heater breaker, and clearly explained the resolution. Upon my approval, Derek resolved my issue in a matter of minutes, and reassembled efficiently Thank you to Jimmy Shores for accompanying Derek, and for overseeing and consulting in the process. The price was much lower than I expected! I had never called on Reynolds Electric before, but I am a dedicated customer as of yesterday. I highly recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone. Dave Henderson
