We recently had an appliance installed by this vendor, and unfortunately the job was not done correctly. A required additional part was never installed, which meant the appliance was never able to work as intended. This is something any trained technician should have identified and addressed during the installation. For the price we paid — especially for a job that took roughly 30 minutes — the expectation is that the work is done accurately and completely. Instead, we paid premium rates for an installation that was incomplete from the start. The customer service that followed only added to the frustration. The initial representative I spoke with seemed helpful and made me believe the issue would be resolved promptly. However, the follow-up call from someone I initially believed to be a manager was disappointing. The tone was condescending, lacked empathy, and showed very little interest in resolving the problem caused by their own oversight. Benjamin Franklin once said, “Well done is better than well said.” This experience made it clear that the company talks about service more than it actually delivers it. He also said, “It takes many good deeds to build a good reputation, and only one bad one to lose it.” Unfortunately, this situation reflects exactly that. Customers deserve competent work, fair pricing, and respectful communication. That was not my experience here. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its installation standards and its customer service practices moving forward.

Though the prices were high they were the only company in my area that came out quickly. The work was done very professionally and made suggestions on other minor things they could do if I chose. They also gave a senior discount. Overall I would use them again if I had to.
