Beyer Plumbing was formed as a sole proprietorship and on February 1, 1990, with one employee, Perry L. Beyer Jr. The business started out of the garage and was moved to its current location later that year. For Perry, owning his own business was his life long dream. He has been a plumber since he was a teenager and has years of industry knowledge and experience. Perry once stated, “I am just a plumber trying to serve the community and do a good job at it. I want to be there when customers need us the most.”

Mario and his apprentice came out the day after my call. I was given an estimate within minutes. I considered the price to be very fair (if the job was done properly). Indeed, Mario did excellent work and went out of his way to track-down my water heater’s warranty and replace it for the exact amount of the estimate. They did excellent work, wasted no time, and delivered on every promise. I would not hesitate to call Silverback for any future plumbing problems I may encounter. Thanks, Mario, for a job well done!

However, we’ve been extremely disappointed in their management’s integrity. Our issue stems around an expensive project where they did not explain to us nor did they have any record of showing us that their work was work that they would not stand behind. I was deeply saddened to see them shirk responsibility on a project that failed. Always be sure to have them fully disclose whether or not they are indemnifying themselves for any workmanship before you engage them. It pains us to leave a negative review and we waited 2 weeks just to be sure they changed their position to make good on their work. We won’t use them ever again. We are certain of that.
