  Avery Smith was extremely professional and helpful. The price was absolutely fair and he had our mini split back up and pumping cold air in a very short time frame.

  I called and ask for an appointment that best suits my schedule and the lady that answered was very kind. Set up the time and date and was flawless. Joseph showed up we shook hands and he asked “ we heard you are interested in our services” “can you show me around”. Walked around explained the what I wanted at the property. Let Joseph do his measurements and set up his plan. He came to me throughout the process to ask questions to ensure everything he was planning was to my needs. At the end of everything he handed me his tablet and said “ what is best for you?” He explained everything, all the plans what two brothers offers and what comes with everything. I chose what I wanted and there was no bicker or choose this over that. Joseph presentation and quality felt like he was part of the company and not just a laborer. Thank you Joseph for just being you. Update after install. 3 gentleman showed up shook hands showed them around. While walking around they made a plan. Soon as we walked the inside and outside they knew what they needed to do. Throughout the install they were professional and kind. Very satisfied with making the call with this company. Staff and techs are great.

  ⚠️ Warning: Extremely Inflated Parts Pricing!!! I called Two Brothers A/C for an AC issue and was charged $440 for a contactor (30/40 amp, 2-pole) a part that costs roughly $15–$30. That’s nearly a 1,400% markup on the part alone. When I expressed concern, the technician Javier told me directly, “we are not trying to be the cheapest company here.” 🙄 Do yourself a favor and get a second quote before agreeing to any repairs😭

  I was Having drainage coming from my ac and Avery came to clean the blockage my ac had! I called This morning 19Feb 8am and they were able to get here within 3hrs to see and fix my problem. He was very informative and let me know everything that was wrong and how to prevent it in the future!

  My name is Arana Ferrante and I'm writing a review for an amazing team. "TWO BROTHERS AC" from Seguin . I needed help after having hypothermia in my own home during the Arctic Freeze, a few weeks back. I called and made an appointment with Joe Munera to discuss the lack of my current AC system, which was spotty in my home. Joe was not giving a sales pitch or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. My son was there and he included him on our discussion, and we came to the conclusion that, "Why try to fix a twelve year old AC" when in fact we need a new AC. Joe knew my circumstances and helped me find the right AC and the price I could afford. The only word I can use to describe JOE is INTEGRITY ! Today the crew came in and entered every room without leaving a trace of work debris anywhere. They showed such respect for my home and it was evident, as every room they left, even if they reentered it , they clean up everything immediately. I could not be happier, this is not a sales pitch it is a true accounting of a great experience..... in an uncomfortable situation. The three men who completed the job without a glitch, ROBERT, JUSTIN number one, and JUSTIN number two. This company showed complete respect and kindness, and they were very knowledgable about their job, and it showed in their workmanship.
