- DDDanielJan 1, 20265.0gvec has been doing home repair services for about a decade now ..tech was fast to arrive on time , spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issues, and provided assessment of the situation with estimates of costs for repair, as well as system replacement ..he spent about 2 hours troubleshooting and attempting repair on a very old system, but the initial service call price didn't change , that shows gvec is honest and reputable ..when getting estimates on repair and new systems , always have gvec as one of the 2 or 3 firms to get quotes from !

I am so impressed with their courtesy, friendliness and knowledge. My heat pump suddenly stopped working. It was the coldest day yet, with a freeze advisory.. A technician was dispatched within hours of my call. Justin and Trevor were exceptional. They deserve 5 ⭐️s . Whomever is responsible for hiring such extraordinary personnel, kudos to them. I trust GVEC implicitly and am a true fan.

He came in the house with a container and asked for water. I to go ahead and get water from the kitchen sink. I went outside after he left. He had used my water hose without asking and did not put it back where I keep it.
