- BFB FrazierOct 14, 20241.02710 Madison – BUYER BEWARE THEY POURED A SLAB WHEN IT WASN’T READY!! I called them out on it and they cancelled my contract. Which is a blessing! I believe it’s going to have problems when it settles. They said they have a 3rd part inspection. They problem is it’s almost 2 weeks before they poured it. The slab looked like a wave pool, it had so many problems. The construction manager didn’t do anything to punch the house. They use people to do fake reviews. One of the people creating a fake review is the sales manager. They also had 5 new reviews on the same day. The tile in the master bathroom and utility is not level because of these issues. Buy are your own risk. Sales made 3 mistakes, 2 of them were major. She clearly did not know what she was doing. One of the mistakes cost $6000 for a “big backyard”. The backyards are extremely small. Sales manager had a chance to correct one of them before the build. Failed miserably! Construction Manager LITERALLY did not do anything. Poured the slab when it wasn’t ready. Construction operations manager fell short on making things right. They told us they are going to use the problems as a “teachable moment” for his employees. The owner told me I wasn’t there when the slab was poured, but at the same time, we were on 3-way talking about how bad the slab is, with the construction operations manager. He is clueless!! They cancelled our contract for calling them out on their lack of quality with pictures. The lady sending the check didn’t even use the right address. It’s amazing how they are still in business. They can’t do anything right.

Michelle Maggio Randolph and decided to build. Michelle was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! If she didn't know the answer to a question she would find someone that did! We've also been very happy with our builder, Craig who is so knowledgeable and explains every little detail with us especially today at the pre-sheet rock walk-through. I learned so much about the home and the quality materials used. I feel secure our home is being built by an experienced & qualified builder with the very best quality materials!
