Replaced part on one non-working panel and determined the second non-working panel needed to be replaced as it was shattered by hail. Thank you for the good communication.

It has now been 18 days. I called customer service today because no one has reached out to share an update. They told me it would be another 7-10 days. How disappointing that this solar system will be sitting on my roof for 30 days doing nothing. Not producing energy and not reducing my energy bill. It seems to me that someone has dropped the ball and they aren’t being transparent. Very disappointed.
