  They were able to fix an issue that has been causing the humidity in my house to be high for the last 6 years. Had other hvacs companies come out and they’d glance at it and say there no problems. GVEC did a full diagnosis, took pictures for reporting and showed that while nothing was broken, there were settings on the fans and wires that was causing the humidity issue. Very simple fix, but others weren’t willing to research my concerns since nothing was “broken”. Very happy I finally called GVEC, and wish I’d done so sooner. They did up-sell me on a purifier, which cost a pretty penny but I’ve been thinking of getting it due to bad seasonal allergies, and after a week I can say I do feel the difference in air quality in my house. The maintenance and installation probably took them 30 mins total.

  JJ came to provide our Spring Service. From his friendly smile when I opened the door until the time he left, it was a pleasure having him in my home. I also showed him the upstairs thermostat and shared we thought it was dead after a bad storm took it offline. JJ unplugged the thermostat and after a few minutes, plugged it back in. Problem solved! My bride will sure be happy! Our prior HVaC service company would have made us call it in for another trip charge. I want JJ’s superiors to know that JJ represents GVEC just as I know them to be; honest, professional, and customer focused! Thank you JJ for a job well done! It is times like this that make me so very happy to use GVEC for my HVAC and Solar panels! I definitely would recommend GVEC!

  Jaxson Garner did an excellent job. He inspected all required A/C components. He also mentioned that thicker insulation in the attic is highly recommended. Job well done.
