He knew exactly what was happening with the outdoor unit and what was required for repair. We had a call within 48hrs to schedule the repair. Brandin came out and repaired our unit the following week and it is running smoothly. We were so grateful to him and the lady at the office for sending him our way!

Today they are here replacing the coil in the attic unit for the 3rd time (2021,2023,2025) ! To me it's worrisome that GVEC sells units that are low quality. Many sources, tell me that these Champion AC units have been a major headache for GVEC and that's why they no longer sell put them. Thanking my lucky stars that we bought the extended warranty or we would be out thousands of dollars to say the least. On a happier noteThe technicians that have made the repairs are always kind and efficient.
