  We had these guys come to our rental property. I rarely leave negative reviews, but these guys really earned it. Their work was extremely sloppy; they left all their trash behind and demonstrated an apparent inability to properly fit the new furnace into the pre-existing ductwork. They left significant gaps between the furnace and the air ducts, allowing heat to escape into the attic. This will undoubtedly impact the utility bills. I am surprised by all the five-star reviews, as our experience was far from satisfactory. We mentioned the problems, and they came out a second time, with little change in work ethic, completed work, or trash picked up. I’ve heard from older clients and residents in San Marcos that Marvin, the original owner of this business, was very skilled at his job. It seems that things have changed over time, because in our experience, that is no longer the case.

  Fast, Friendly, Professional service. David Harrell and Marvin's did an outstanding job for us, including excellent follow-up concerning a company rebate. I very strongly recommend Marvin's Heating and Air Conditioning.

  David and Dylan were great. They fixed my AC in probably less than an hour—after I spent a month battling with my home warranty company to get it repaired to no avail. The price was fair, and the service was efficient and effective. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I’d highly recommend.

  Marvin's Heating and Air Conditioning is a 5 star company! We have been their loyal customers for over 25 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Reasonable in their pricing and not having to worry who to call when your heat or air is out is a relief!!

  I have used Marvin's A/C for several years now. I have found this company to be a reliable A/C company with fair pricing. I have also been impressed with their responsiveness in returning phone calls or contacting me when they are delayed in arriving at my home. In the past I have had A/C service people that would say they are going show up and then do not show up or do not let me know they are going t arrive late. I really appreciate the service that Marvin's A/C has provided and I highly recommend them for A/C Service and Repair.
