  After years of frustrating HVAC service calls sadly lacking in integrity with misleading diagnoses, poor knowledge, sloppy work, and fear mongering sales pitches, it is so uplifting to report on a HVAC company that has restored my belief in the existence of Integrity… I have been using Marvin’s Heating and Air Conditioning Co for the past three years and have experienced a company that serves the industry with strong work ethics, knowledge, and effective customer communication. David Harrell, the owner, has provided the routine annual maintenance and service calls on a timely basis. When my AC went out one summer in August heat, he was here and had the part replaced in a matter of several hours for a very reasonable cost and clear explanation. When the time came for me to consider replacement of my HVAC system, David presented me with multiple options, including the choice of delaying replacement for a while longer. He educated me on different systems (without high pressure sales or fear mongering pitches) and reassured me he was available to answer any questions I had as I researched my options. True to his word, he answered numerous emails/questions with knowledge and patience. And for once, I felt peaceful and confident in my decision to replace my HVAC system at this time, and peaceful and confident in this HVAC company to service and maintain. Thank you, David, for providing a smooth and seamless process in replacement of my HVAC system. The integrity you demonstrate from start to finish does not go unnoticed.

  Called about a A\C unit not working on a rental property. David was able to squeeze my job in between 2 other appointments and was there within an hour!!! After 15 minutes of testing everything he find the problem and changed out the part. Very fair price and amazing service.

  David and Dylan were great. They fixed my AC in probably less than an hour—after I spent a month battling with my home warranty company to get it repaired to no avail. The price was fair, and the service was efficient and effective. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I’d highly recommend.
