He was incredible throughout the process — he caught multiple flaws that even my inspector missed and had them fixed before closing. His sharp eyes, attention to detail, and ability to keep subcontractors organized (I even saw him step in and manage a dispute on site) really stood out. It gave me a lot of confidence that my home was in good hands. Shawn, the sales person, was very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke, and I appreciated his support during the process.

This meant I had to get my house in Madison, Wisconsin ready to sell, sell it and then immediately find a house in San Marcos that I could quickly close on. I looked at about a dozen homes in the area. La Cima and the home Katie Jo showed me were both amazing! I fell in love. There was one hitch. It was Friday afternoon and I was trying to wire my earnest money to guarantee my offer. I didn't realize how long a wire can take to be processed. I was on the phone with Katie Jo as I was boarding my plane back to Madison and the wired money still hadn't shown up. I was panicking. I was going to have to hang up and take off when Katie Jo said, "Mark, don't worry. I got this for you." I'm writing this review from my living room in my new home that Katie Jo "fixed me up" with and I love it! She really is the Tinder of home finders. Thanks KJ!
