Today my invoice was upcharged by $100 to $373. Contacted Customer Service, which offered no help but directed me to contact them via email, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I’d have to contact them through email!!! I didn't take a screenshot of the invoice because I didn't think it was necessary. Direct Tools has always been a reputable company until now. They deliberately changed the invoice price. And now I have to deal with this situation through Bush League email contact, whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. Directtools is an unethical company and I will no longer be purchasing items from this company. I've bought a lot of tools and have spent a lot of money here and l've sent a lot of people to do business here. That will sadly end. You obviously don't care about your customers anymore, so l'm not expecting you to do the right thing, like honor your agreement and contact me personally. At this point, I'm very disillusioned and disappointed that this has come to pass. I do not recommend this company.
