"Seems like another customer removed it" then she walked away. A few seconds later another customer walks in and ask for help and she actually went and helped him. I dont want to think that I was being discriminated but it semed obvious. Not ever returning.

I purchased many items including a weed eater that started smoking before I even went 25 feet I have been shipping this weedeater back-and-forth and now they want me to take it to somebody 50 Miles away to look at. Do not buy from direct tools, go to your local stores so you can go in and have a warranty
