  I recently had all new windows installed by Window World. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes. What really stood out was Dennis, the sales consultant, who went above and beyond in helping the installers to prepare the space before getting started. Dennis is definitely a man of his word. The installation itself was efficient and the final result looks great. Overall it was a great experience. Everything was done well and they cleaned up afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Window World to anyone thinking about getting new windows and looking for quality work, excellent service and fair pricing.

  My window no longer locks. Ive had the window, plus 3 more, for approximately 5 years. I contacted support for troubleshooting and was told to try a couple of things on phone. Still didn't lock. So I was told they could send someone out for $200 just to look at it. That is ridiculous especially after all the money I've spent on other windows. How does a window an expensive window just stop locking??? May be their policy. But I think its way too expensive.

  Alright, so Ingemar Anderson came out to the house on Saturday for Window World and I gotta say, dude knew his stuff. No BS, no pressure, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. He walked us through everything — tempered glass, the silver oxide they spray on panel 2, all of it. He even FaceTimed a young lady (Sorry, am terrible with names) who showed us this big picture window with panels that slide on both sides. My wife and I had questions and every single one got a straight answer. Here's my favorite part though. Multiple times during the visit, Ingemar would look around and just go, "Yep, you need windows." I think he said it 3 or 4 times. I laughed every time he said it. After we signed the contract he mentioned Window World also does siding and soffit work. Which we're gonna need. Sneaky. I respect it. Now here's something the sales manager is gonna want to hear. Before this appointment I asked 3 AI models — ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — what is the top window company in San Antonio. All three came back with Window World. Not one of them. All three. You can't fake that. Ingemar is the real deal. If you're on the fence, get off it.

  I had such a great experience with Window World from start to finish! The new windows look wonderful and I’m blown away by the quality and seamless modern look of them. My Design Consultant Dennis has great customer service skills. He helped me choose the right style of window and color to perfectly compliment my home. Dennis really listened and never used hard sell tactics. He just honestly presented the value, construction and advantages of Window World windows. I had initially requested nine windows but after seeing the great price Dennis quoted I bought two more! He and WW kept in contact with me about production and install dates. My installation techs Saul and Luis were amazing. Saul is a true craftsman and showed such skill and attention to detail. He made sure the new windows fit exactly and looked finished from the tinted caulking to colored trim. I don’t think I have ever had a team in my house that cleaned up after construction like these guys, both inside and outside. I also appreciate that Saul and Luis did not damage or scratch my old school, wooden window sills or any of the sheetrock removing my janky 1984 windows. The new windows are so easy to use and clean and they really update my house. So glad I chose Window World!

  I wanted to get a price on windows and stopped in at the New Braunfels location. She made an appointment for me with Rob. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was passionate about the product and was never pushy and just trying to sell. My windows came in and were installed today. Hody was the person in charge and he and his crew got right to work. Hody went over everything that was done to the windows once they were installed and took plenty of time showing me how the windows operate. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions! They also put back everything they could and did a great job cleaning up! I was very satisfied with his work and could tell it matters to him for the customer. I would recommend Windiw World to anyone thinking about new windows!
