  Gary Jaynes sold us our Tuff Shed Sam Antonio. He was super to work with and worked on our contract over and over to make sure we were happy. Answered every email and text thoroughly and advised us every step of the way! Ruben installed it and knocked it out in an afternoon! Hard worker and awesome job! Compliments from the neighbors after! Thank you Tuff Shed San Antonio and Gary!!

  I highly recommend Tuff Sheds San Antonio if you are looking to have an outdoor shed installed. Starting with Gary Jaynes, he led me through the process to select the type of shed and available options. The installation crew, Aldo and Pedro, arrived on time as scheduled. They were very diligent and finished the project much faster than expected. To say that I am more than satisfied is an understatement!

  Very happy with our shed from Tuff Shed. Gary Jaynes helped explain all options and was very helpful and detailed. The installation was also very quick and clean. We are very happy with this shed and it will be helpful for storage, especially with the extra loft storage. We also added a solar light which looks nice! The reason for only 4 stars is nothing to do with sales or install, but with the website and the financial institution Tuff Shed uses if you use their credit services. As far as the website, it is not very intuitive. Specifically it is hard to see exactly what the different loft options look like when using the platform. This was one of the reasons we went in person instead. As far as the financial aspect, we received an email asking us to verify the install and open up our account. There was supposed to be a link in the email or we had the option to call to open our account. Unfortunately the email did not have a link, so we had to call in which took a bit longer than if we could have just set up our account online.

  Just had my new shed installed and am very satisfied with the final product! Gary Jaynes was great to work with in the planning and financing. The process was quick, efficient, and he was very professional. Joseph and Jacob came to construct the shed, and they completed it in one day. They kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was finished to my satisfaction, and got the whole area cleaned up before they left. Great experience all the way around!
