  We recently purchased a new build home in this neighborhood, and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The homes are built extremely fast, and it shows in the overall quality. Corners seem to be cut everywhere, and it doesn’t feel like something that will hold up well long-term. I wouldn’t be surprised if, in just a few years, the entire neighborhood starts to look run down. On top of that, the HOA fees are very high, yet the amenities and overall upkeep don’t reflect what residents are paying. It feels like you’re paying premium prices for very little in return. One of the biggest concerns is the ongoing security issues. There have been frequent break-ins, and the community mailboxes are being broken into on what feels like a weekly basis. Multiple homeowners have raised concerns with the HOA, but nothing meaningful has been done. From what we’ve been told, responsibility gets passed back to the builders, leaving residents stuck in the middle with no real solutions. It’s incredibly frustrating because many of us moved here with high expectations, hoping for a safe, well-maintained community. Unfortunately, it has not lived up to those expectations at all. If we could go back, we would have chosen differently. At this point, we’re already looking forward to selling and moving elsewhere as soon as possible.

  Skylar Schnee was excellent and highly informative. I was actually under contract on a DR Horton Home and thank God I met Skylar before that deal went through. He explained the advantages of an Aston Woods product and that became readily apparent once I saw the homes offered at the same price range by AW. His customer service and expediency helped me to get the right home fast! Highly recommend AW and please ask for Skylar!!!
