- CCCodyMar 11, 20261.0DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE!!! We made the mistake of buying a home almost 2 years ago and it has been nothing but trash and has continously gone downhill. HOA is negligent and has been reported to all legal entities. We have had 0 annual meeting since we moved in which is legally required to be held annually. Rhey take your dues but do not enforce any rules. The whole neighborhood is full of trash blowing around, weeds overgrown in 75% of yards, cars illegaly parked on sidewalks and blocking streets. If I could go back in time I would have never moced in here and I do all I can to inform everyone else to not make the same mistakes we have. The DCC&Rs say we need weed control, yet the houses connected to the selling office is full of weeds. The also say no sidewalk parking or operating business out of your home, yet the house adjacent to the sellers office has a dozen cars blocking the entrance ways and sidewalks due to them operating a business out of their garage, yet the sellers dont care. They'll look your in the eyes and tell you we have rules, but if you look out the window you can see no rules are followed or enforced. Drive around the whole neighborhood and within a minite you'll realize this is not where you or anyone you care about wants to live.
