  Patio enclosures consultant Art Jasso did a home visit today. His professionalism and outstanding how to knowledge will be a big factor if I choose to move forward with this project or not. His down to earth personality and attitude was almost like having family over. I am picking between several projects I like to get done, if I was just choosing just one, I would choose my patio hands down. He is a true professional!

  My experience with Mr. Johnny V. was great. He took his time explain the process, how the materials work, the materials work with not a particular home. He also offered suggestions. He was not pushy. I’m looking forward to our follow up appointment to learn a little bit more. ~ Belinda B.

  Johnny Vanluvanee was a very professional and very friendly person, he's ability to explain and detail he's work. I asked questions and right away he fill us up with every thing about he's experience and knowledge about he's work. He showed us all the way our porch would look like. It was amazing view of our porch. Thank you Johnny for taking the time and explaining the work you do. God bless you!!

  I give them two stars because of there customer service. The salesmen that sold us there product was very hard to get a hold of the phone number kept going to his voice mail. When I tried to contact customer service the message would state can not complete the call. For a moment I thought we were scammed. The only way we were able to contact someone was by pressing the sales button. However I have to give there workers in the field five stars for there work and supervisor responses. Desperately need to train their customer service people and get a working phone number.

  John V. arrived at our San Antonio TX home and provided a comprehensive overview of the outdoor enclosure product, including physical samples. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the product and clearly explained all features, installation details, and available financing options. At no point did he pressure us into making a decision. After reviewing our options, we contacted him to move forward with the contract. John took precise measurements and even provided a computer rendering of the proposed enclosure, which helped us visualize the final result. His professionalism, expertise, and customer‑focused approach truly set him apart. He also expressed interest in visiting our home once the project was completed, which speaks to his commitment to customer satisfaction. At the business office, Dawn ensured we were informed throughout every stage of the process. Her communication and attention to detail made the experience seamless. We absolutely love our new outdoor enclosure. It has become the heart of our home, and we spend most of our daily time in this beautiful new space. We highly recommend this company and are extremely pleased with the addition to our forever home.
