  So let's start at the beginning. From day one, I paid them $40,000 to redo and re-circuit the house that I have. My dad neglected it and it was time to upgrade after he got put into a home. Remember this because it's important. The workers were about 30 years old, and apparently Master electricians somehow. Well if you look at the photo, one of them drilled a giant hole in my attic. Never got addressed, never got fixed. Just the other day they were doing a state inspection, didn't call me. Didn't let me know ahead of time, my dad had an emergency that I had to handle. Again, didn't tell me. Didn't give me a heads up. Didn't do anything. Apparently I failed that State inspection because they didn't ask if I was home, didn't give me a heads up, didn't do anything. Wouldn't recommend, especially if you like communication and clarity.

  Marcus thoroughly explained what our issue was and what was needed to rectify it. In my opinion I think he tried to sell us more than we needed but, I appreciate the business approach. We ended up replacing the electrical panel. The installation team, Robert and Juan did exceptionally well. They were polite, and respectful of the property. These guys took pride in their work which at times, was labor intensive to ensure the best quality. So far, no issues with the service provided.

  Today my wife and I had the pleasure of getting to know another GREAT team, Team Goop! We were getting a Tesla home charger installed. Not as simple as it sounds, unless Team Goop is on the job! From the breaker in the panel, to the routing of the proper wiring through the HOT attic, to the exact place we wanted it in our garage. When it came to life we learned what a difference it will make charging our Model Y. They also installed an upgraded home surge protector, and helped fix a plug and switch assembly that had pulled away from the wall, and broke. Professional, check. Know their business, check. Brought focus and quality, check. Bonus - these are two really nice people who shared smiles and laughs, and made the entire process a real pleasure. Thanks Team Goop! I know who to call. 🤙

  Mister Sparky completed a very involved, day long project at my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Frank Ramirez, who was first one on the scene, did a great job of explaining exactly what the issues were and the order of priority. He made sure I fully understood each issue and was very patient while I asked a lot of questions. Team Coconut arrived shortly there after to handle the situation. They were courteous and ran a clean job site. Will definitely call them again if I ever have any electrical needs.

  Mr. Sparky, thank you for upholding high moral principles in your company and with your electrician, Jeremy Arizola. His demeanor of professionalism was remarkable from the start. Jeremy’s thoughtfulness started with a call informing us that he was on his way to our home. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and respectfully placed his red boot covers before entering the house. As a matter of fact, he carefully, one foot at a time, would take off/put on the covering when going outside/inside our home so as not to track any dirt into the house. Once inside, we told him about the problem we were encountering with our security doorbell. Jeremy was very courteous and attentive to our concerns. He went back outside to diagnose the problem with our doorbell and indoor hall chime. The doorbell wasn’t chiming, so he uninstalled the doorbell. Jeremy quickly noticed that the doorbell did not have the extender needed to make the chime work inside the house. He asked if we still had our original box. I gave him the box, and he reinstalled the doorbell and continued to complete the task. In addition, Jeremy provided an electrical system check of our home. He invited my husband to walk with him throughout his inspection. Jeremy found a couple of major safety issues we were not aware of. He furthermore took his time to explain everything thoroughly to both of us. Jeremy provided us with options and recommendations addressing these major safety issues, along with payment options available for us to consider. Throughout this conversation, Jeremy demonstrated honesty and sincerity and was not at all pushy, unlike most companies. We really appreciated this genuine demeanor. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work Jeremy did for us today and will continue to do for us with Mr. Sparky in the future. We appreciate all his dedication, knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, and trustworthy manner in which he represented Mr. Sparky Electrical Company. Please thank him for his excellent job!
