  My boyfriend & I had a great experience working with Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, located in San Antonio, Texas. Jesus Gloria came to our home to evaluate our A/C unit & was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough, professional, and he really took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense (particularly for me, as someone who understands nothing about A/C unit functionality). What stood out most was how helpful he was in walking us through ways to optimize our system!! The process did not feel rushed or transactional at all. We absolutely could tell that Jesus genuinely cared about doing a good job & making us feel confident moving forward in whichever choice we made. I highly recommend Goettl - such a positive experience all around!!

  We had an incredible experience with Deonte Wilson today. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He patiently guided us through every step as we worked on installing our brand-new water heater. We were confused about why we weren’t getting hot water, but Deonte took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and help us pinpoint the issue. Thanks to his expertise, we learned that the problem wasn’t with the installation we did ourselves, it was due to wear and tear on our breaker box, wiring, and plug, which need to be replaced. Having been in our home since 2009, this made perfect sense. We truly appreciate the time and effort Deonte put into helping us understand and resolve the issue. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Goettl to anyone experiencing similar issues, especially Deonte. He is a tremendous asset, and I hope he continues to help others the way he helped us. He did an amazing job! Robert M

  Blake with Geotll is Great! Blake (Service Tech with Goetll) came to our home to service our HVAC system and address the foul oder. Blake arrived and introduced himself, he explained that he would do the service on our unit and explain his findings on the cause of the odors. Blake was very thorough when he explained what could be done to mitigate the orders, as he was explaining he also had several photos of the inside of the cooling and heating unit along with some shots of the intake ducts. As I was going over this info with Blake I thought to myself this unit is in very bad shape. I consulted with Blake and decided that replacement of the unit would my best option. Blake told me the he would contact his manager Josh and come with options to replace the unit. Blake met with me the next morning and we teleconference with his manager Josh, went over the options and decided best option for our home would be the Geotll 2 Star unit with some add ons . Josh and Blake are wonderful to work with. Friday we will have a Great Goetll unit installed at a wonderful purchase price. So Happy we connected with the staff of Goetll, Lorna and Jack

  To the Management Team, I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of your technicians, Christian Acosta, who visited my home today to service my air conditioning system. From the moment he arrived, Christian was professional and incredibly respectful. I have dogs in the house, and I truly appreciated that he was completely unfazed by their presence, which made the entire appointment much less stressful for me. The quality of his work was outstanding. He did a thorough job cleaning and aspirating the A/C unit and the ducts, but what really set him apart was the time he took to educate me. He went above and beyond by explaining exactly what needed to be done, walking me through the work he performed, and helping me understand how the system operates. It is rare to find a technician who is not only skilled but also so willing to ensure the customer feels informed and confident in the results. Because of this experience, I would like to request that Christian be the primary technician assigned to my home for all future A/C servicing and maintenance.   Had a blockage in my sewer line. Mr. Richard Wenzlaff . Arrived at my home & assured me that he would take care of the problem.And that he did,on a timely manner..Richard checked my sewer line and found a crack in my line. He explained the overall situation and gave me an estimate for the problem. Richard took his time and made sure that I understood what was going on in my sewer line. I have never had any plumbing company worker to be as trustworthy or reliable as Mr. Richard Wenzlaff. He took care of my immediate situation and assured me that when I was ready to move forward with the sewer line,that he was there for me. I was very grateful for his service and his experience on knowing his job. I give Richard 100) on his job. Will definitely call & request for him if needed again. Thanks again.
