  Window World replaced out original windows (1930’s) with their products. The windows are wonderful. Quality is outstanding. We highly recommend Window World. Our installer, Max, led an experienced and hard working crew who were very detail oriented, were very clean in the process, and did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived until the moment they completed the job. We are very pleased! Five stars all around!!!

  Window World provided a superior product and service from the first meeting with Ingram. Ing met with us several times and spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the window options. We also included a new front door with our order of 35 windows. The next step was a careful measuring of each window by another professional technician. We were surprised with a phone call that our windows and front door arrived earlier than the expected 8 - 12 weeks. We then met Max and his crew of highly qualified installers who did a careful and thorough 3-1/2 day installation. It was easy for us to be in the home as they easily worked around us. Each day Max let us know the status of the installation, answered questions, what was next, and what time they would arrive the next day. Our neighbors and friends immediately provided positive comments about the beauty of the new windows and the professional conduct of the crew. We are now enjoying a quieter home with better energy-efficient windows for the winter and summer. I have no reservation about recommending Window World to anyone needing an upgrade to these high quality windows - they are a superior product!

  Dennis was like a friend we have know. forever ! It was a comfortable and most fun day with him. His presentation was so fun Hie knowledge and I formation left no questions. Your windows are gorgeous. We still have all the information and the thank you card that came from Dennis thanking us for our time was really cool ! We will be in touch. Can’t wait to see Dennis again. We really enjoyed him. Turbo ( dog) barked almost the entire time and Dennis just lived in him. Great guy!!! Fun day !

  Overall satisfied with the product. The communication with Duff and team started out great and through out the process evaporated. They offered to install security door with new door but when I inquired and before commitment. After ordering they did not respond and then at time of install had no idea what I was talking about. Lead time was quite long as well as they initially took incorrect measurements. A bit disappointing as I felt once the order was secured the customer service interaction and urgency was nonexistent.

  From the sales demonstration to the measuring process and install, the entire window replacement process was excellent. Our sales person, Arnold P, was so helpful and informative. He answered the many questions and concerns I had and gave visuals of how the windows would Iook various times of the day and evening and how they’d function. The second appt, the one who measured, was precise, kind and had good measurements for the installers. Once the windows came in, about 6 weeks from the first appt, the install team was fantastic and made sure to keep a tidy working space with carpet laid down before each window to capture any debris, etc. They informed of the prices and how to open the windows, best practices and how to clean the Windows. Jacob R was our installer and he was so knowledgeable and helpful and so was his team. I was concerned about the entire process and this has not only added beauty to my home but my windows didn’t fog up during the first rain, it’s cooler since I don’t have leaks or cracks and now I’m prepared for the seasons. Thank you, Window World… especially Arnold P and Jacob R!!!
