I made the grave mistake of renting the wrong piece of equipment, I needed a 60' articulating boom lift but rented a 40' ft scissor lift. Smh. I know, I know, big mistake. But the crew at united rentals were able to get me the correct piece of equipment ON THE SAME DAY!!! Thank you so much Abraham and the amazing dispatcher ( I didn't get their name).
