  Gary was helpful in the design process and keeping us informed. The build crew was fantastic. Had a couple issues at final inspection and they fixed it immediately without question. If you’ve had contractors to your house sometimes the post work clean up is ok at best. My crew didn’t leave anything I had to take care of, which was appreciated. Two draw backs…every time we saw Gary he had chewing tobacco drool in the corner of his mouth (very unprofessional) & begging for reviews repeatedly is unprofessional. Don’t ask for them if you don’t want the unfiltered truth!

  I could not be happier with the end result, and each step of the way through completion. Lowes, Home Depot and Costco were all compared, and then on a whim I decided to stop in directly to Tuff Shed San Antonio for a closer look at the model sheds. This is when I met Gary Jaynes, and where I started seeing the value of going directly through Tuff Shed instead of through a big box store for the same branded shed. Not only did Gary Jaynes stay late on a Saturday evening listening to me, and going over ideas and explaining everything, he also did something you rarely see these days in anyone. I had already gone home and been home a good while when my phone rings and it was Gary. He said he was about to leave and lock up when he happened to notice a wallet on the ground where I had been sitting. Apparently my wallet had worked its way out of my back pocket and fell on the floor without me realizing it. I didn't even know I had lost it until Gary gave me a call somewhere around 9:30pm to tell me he had it. Gary said he would wait for me to come get it. Keep in mind it was about a 20 mile drive back to the Tuff Shed office on Zangs drive from my house. You rarely see honesty and patience like this in folks these days. I got over there as quickly as legally possible to pick my wallet up. I knew on the drive over there that night I wanted to do business with folks like this. Gary sealed the deal with these simple actions. Treating people the way he would want to be treated in the same situation. Such a rare thing. But I was humbled and very grateful for Gary doing this. And I will pay it forward Gary. You bet I will. Shortly after this the paperwork was signed and the construction began. A team of guys showed up lead by Oscar. This guy always had a smile on his face, and was incredibly polite and very helpful all during the day whenever I had questions. This team built the shed in I want to say about 5 hours or maybe a little more. This is nothing short of impressive. They really have it down, and it really does save time having a lot of it prepared before hand. The build quality is five star. After they finished and left I did inspect things pretty closely. I did not find even one example of half-baked effort in their work. The construction of my 12x16 premier pro tall barn is excellent. It is far better than I could have done, and it would have taken me far longer. I really wanted to DIY this project myself, and that was the plan for over a year. However, I knew with no help the construction would have taken me 6 or more months in what time I have outside of my job. I am so glad I went to Tuff Shed San Antonio on a whim, and meeting Gary, and later Oscar. The whole process start to finish could not have been better for me. And I love the end result. Now I finally have a dedicated woodworking shop. Thank you Gary, Thank you Oscar and your team of incredibly hard working guys. Five star all the way around. Can't recommend this group of folks at Tuff Shed enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And I definitely would have them build another one at another property someday.

  I am extremely pleased with my experience with Tuff Shed from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-coordinated. Gary Jaynes was very patient in working with me to identify the right product-one that not only met my needs but also reflected well on my property. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer and made the decision process easy and stress-free. Carlos and Jaime did an excellent assembling the shed. Their work was efficient, timely, and well done. Daniel was very responsive scheduling and addressing a few minor details that needed correction. Jaime promptly resolved those items and even took care of a few additional concerns I mentioned when he arrived, which I truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with at Tuff Shed was courteous, attentive and responsive. Tuff Shed is by far the best vendor I've worked with in San Antonio, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a shed or similar project.

  I highly recommend buying your shed at Tuff Shed. It was definitely worth our big investment. 3 reasons we chose Tuff Shed: 1) They use Galvanized Steel Floor Joists which help shed to last longer. 2) Computer-generated options and shed is prepared in parts or sections at warehouse for accuracy before installation. 3) Price is reasonable and cheaper than other competitors. Gary Jaynes, sales and design consultant, at Tuff Shed was exceptional, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We went to Tuff Shed just to check out and didn't think we would buy the shed. Gary went above and beyond to show us models located outside the office and explaining different options along with price ranges available for various sizes in 2 hours. We made our final decision to buy shed that day. However, to take full advantage of discount offered for Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday, we waited until the end of November to pay 10% down. We paid 90% remaining when HOA approved our request on December 4th, my birthday. It saved us lots of money. Our shed is 10 ft x 30 ft Premier Pro Tall Barn with overhead loft to condense stuffs currently located in 3 rental storages. Jose and Santos, 2 brothers with 20 years of experience and skills, from Tuff Shed were amazing. They finished installing this big shed in 2 days. We were excited and very happy with this wonderful shed.

  Used this place because my brother used them. Went to their website, I think my brother put in everything that was needed, and then got a phone call within ten minutes to confirm. Everyone was friendly and fairly helpful, it's just that we already knew what we wanted and needed so there isn't a whole lot for me to review. The installers are a separate crew that come out and I'm waiting on an issue from that to be fixed. Because I paid by check, I'm waiting for a refund for that that comes from a whole separate department. Because I wanted a concrete slab poured I needed to pay first and get a separate quote for that after I paid. So everything is going well, I'm just waiting and there isn't a whole lot for me to review. Gary, Rich, and everyone else in customer service was friendly, just we knew what we wanted so we did all the work and they helped with the input of the figures.
