  I’m beyond excited for the opportunity to have my new home! Everything was in excellent condition and the service was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised that during the inspection the repairs needed were minimal—mostly just light cleaning. I received a quick response and everything was taken care of 100% ahead of schedule. Thank you for everything!!!

  I can't speak highly enough of Starlight Homes and their staff!! The entire experience, from the moment I walked into the front door, was fantastic. Cody was friendly, efficient and not only knowledgeable but he also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. As I wrap up my closing process, I can say the same thing about Rodney. I left feeling confident in the service I received with Starlight Homes. If you're looking for a reputable housing company, I highly recommend Starlight Homes!

  Starlight homes is the best when it comes to not only building homes but taking care of home buyer after the fact. Rodney and Charlie has been with me every step of the way, assisting me and the family become excellent homeowners

  Rodney did a great job explaining the entire process to me. From the first walk of the house all the way to the final walk. Going step by step through the warranty, explaining what voids out the warranty and the does and dont of the HOA. Overall he did a fantastic job helping a new homeowner. Learn the ropes of having a house.

  My wife and I purchased our house from Starlight in August 2025 and we are very happy with how the home-buying process went. Lissette was the salesperson and Charlie Monistere was the Construction Field Manager. Both individuals exemplify professionalism and were very attentive to us as home buyers. If we know of looking to buy a new construction house, we would absolutely tell them to consider Starlight Homes.
