We worked with Robert at Tietze plumbing who was professional and super communicative regarding my repairs. Our technician Eric G was knowledgeable, professional, and paid attention to detail. We were very fortunate to have him work on our plumbing system which was a complex job. Eric took the time to explain what he was doing each day and also answered all of our questions. We appreciate all of the assistance and work. Eric did an amazing job! We highly recommend Tietze plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Turns out we had a more serious issue with the water pressure being too high and a leak found at our shut off valve. Josh did a great job explaining to us the issues a the resolution for each. He handled all three issues single-handedly and was done in time up make one more call at a location farther away from where we live in Mico.

Shortly after the phone call, I received a text about the appointment. Then crickets. No call, no show. UPDATE: Later the evening of the missed appointment I received a call and a text apologizing for the missed appointment. A appointment was made for the following week and the Plumber Joshua came through and took care, not only what I asked for, but performed a inspection of my home. He was courteous and efficient. I'll def be keeping this company in my address book for future plumbing projects and problems I encounter.
