In the end, we decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater — and we couldn’t be happier! The installation was clean and professional, and everything has been working perfectly since. And today was Veterans Day so we were happy we were squeezed into the schedule! Travis arrived and looked at our issue and said he had the replacement part on his truck for the repair. As he worked he found our older toilet needed another part replaced that he didn’t have so he went to the shop and was able to replace both parts. We were so glad he went above and beyond to get our second bathroom working the same day!

Jeremy was able to quickly identify the source of the problem as the failure of the Pressure Reducing Valve and a hole in the pipe. Since it was late in the day, water was turned off, service was scheduled for early the next morning and Aaron completed the repair satisfactorily and cleaned up the area nicely. Very pleased with everyone including the initial phone call to schedule an appointment. We would definitely use them again.
